Danielle assisted with me throughout my used car buying experience. Value CT was my first and last stop, I found the vehicle online, came in to get more information on it and am driving off with it this morning??. I have never purchased a used car before and Danielle was super knowledgeable and helpful during this very short, but scary process. If you’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable individual who has experience in purchasing used cars, go check them out, highly recommend.

On November 4, 2024, I purchased a beautiful infinity Qx60 from Vaule Inc. I must say, being a cautious buyer, all of the retail staff gave me the best comfortability that anyone could have. Danielle Trapasso, Dave Wider, Mrs. And Mr. Peter Saldamarco and their son Mike Saldamarco , provided me Outstanding service. Mr. Saldamarco Gave me the opportunity to have my mechanic look over the car prior to me purchasing, Danielle sat down with me and went over every detail of the car expense, Dave showed me the outstanding techniques with the car and Mike the son of Mr. Saldamarco provided me great service with an extra key. This dealership provided me with so much comfortability that I felt part of the family. My money was well worth spent at this dealership.

Absolutely the best car dealer ever!!! Got a convertible 2010 mustang from here . Its in impeccable condition!! Danielle and the rest of the crew mad the experience so easy!! I had a problem with my taxes for about a week or so and danielle and her team were calling the dmv and tax office on my behalf trying to figure it out all while holding the car still! A mustang at that. Thank you guys for helping me with this chapter of my life!

Pulled up for a test drive and they had the car up front waiting for me. Made me feel special right from the start! Didn’t end up getting the car I wanted but I did get a Chevy Equinox. Danelle and Jorge worked very hard to get the car for me at the monthly payment I needed. Definitely would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality used car

I saw the car online. The car looked like a shiny penny 1999 lincoln. The guy said the car is pristine. I was hoping he was right. I took an Uber from NJ to CT. I bought the car in 10 minutes! Great experience. I had never bought a used car before. Very efficient people and honest.

My experience with. Allie was amazing! They really fought hard for me to get my car! Danielle and the whole staff were amazing! They made the process smooth and uncomplicated. Anytime I had a question they were right there to answer! I have been to other dealerships but never had such a more pleasant experience than I did with Value! Great experience buying a car
Recently purchased a car with Value Used Cars. I can’t say enough great things about my whole experience. Great dealership, beautiful inside and out I was dreading going through the car buying process. This was our first stop and only stop these guys really know how to run a business. Extremely professional and the car choices are plenty and good cars ! NOT these high miles kind of places I got a great car, low miles great price. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

If you are looking for a car, this is a good place. I got this Corolla 2 months ago for 83 miles and the price was not crazy. I been driving this car every day from New Haven to Windsor and everything runs good the only like issue with the car is that it have some detail cover up but it’s just more like aesthetic but everything else is good and not old and oxide. Daniella is so peaceful I like how she makes everything go smoothly I didn’t felt the pressure for buying a car Because I went to other dealers and the pressure was horrible they just want to sale car and don’t care about you. But here in Value Auto there awesome. I will recommended.

Love this place the workers make you feel comfortable they work with you they help you out. You don’t feel pressure to buying a car even if you don’t want to. I enjoyed my shopping here. Specially enjoyed dealing with Danielle and David that really worked and help me get the card that I want it, they’re very patient. They’re very good workers and the atmosphere is very good they make you feel comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to someday come back and get a car from them again thank you Danielle and Dave.

This place is a hidden gem, the crew is very professional and kind. As a soon-to-be college graduate they helped me work through my first car purchase with ease and made the experience stress-free. What an awesome and professional crew at this business. As a young female it can be intimidating walking into a dealership alone, but everyone was so kind and welcoming, and extremely helpful.
